The three looks
Classic, Hybrid or Volume – which suits you?
There is no right or wrong, only what suits your natural lashes. Here are the three techniques in plain words.
Classic
Natural and awake
One extension per natural lash. Understated and natural, as if you simply had beautiful lashes of your own. A good start if you are trying extensions for the first time.
- Technique
- 1:1
- Full set
- €70 – €110
Everyday, work, first-timers
Hybrid
Natural with fullness
A mix of Classic and Volume: a natural base look with extra fullness in the right places. The most popular middle ground.
- Technique
- 1:1 + 2D–6D
- Full set
- €90 – €130
Anyone who wants both, very versatile
Volume
Full and expressive
Several ultra-fine extensions are bound into a fan and placed on one natural lash. A full, expressive look.
- Technique
- 2D–6D
- Full set
- €110 – €160
Events, glamorous looks, finer natural lashes

Why prices vary
Time required
A volume set takes considerably longer than a classic application.
Materials
Quality lashes and well-tolerated adhesive cost more, and it shows in how long the set lasts.
Experience
Routine and continued training go into a clean, long-lasting result.
Location and fit-out
A central studio with a full salon experience prices differently from a small home studio.
Three tiers, so you choose deliberately
Studios are sorted by experience. You decide whether it should be an affordable start or a premium result – with no surprise at the till.
- 1
Entry
If you want to start affordably and try extensions out first.
- 2
Experienced
If you want solid quality and routine at a fair price.
- 3
Premium
If you want the best possible result and the full salon experience.
Searching and comparing is free for you. You only pay for the treatment at the studio you choose.
Before you book
How to recognise a good studio
Four things you can check in advance. If they hold up, you are well on the way to a result you will be happy with.
Hygiene and documentation
Clean workstations, fresh materials and traceable documentation of the treatment, the materials and your consent. That protects you and your eyes above all.
A real consultation
A good stylist asks about your natural lashes and the look you want before starting, rather than applying a standard set.
Their own before-and-after photos
Photos of genuine work rather than stock images show you how the studio actually works.
Reviews that say something
Read past the stars to what is written: retention, tolerability, punctuality and how comfortable people felt.
Be careful with rock-bottom prices: very cheap offers often come at the cost of materials, hygiene or time – and you notice that in retention and tolerability.

Frequently asked questions
What customers most often want to know before their first booking.
Do I need an account to try looks?
No. The AR try-on works without signing up and you can try as many looks as you like. You only need an account when you want to book an appointment.
How does the AR try-on work?
You start your camera and pick a look. Length, curl, thickness and colour are rendered onto your eye area in real time, so you see straight away how the look suits you – with no retouching and nothing glued on.
What do lash extensions cost?
As a guide for the German market: Classic (1:1) €70–110, Hybrid €90–130 and Volume €110–160 for a full set. A refill costs €40–70 and is due every two to four weeks. These are guide prices, not fixed prices – your studio sets the exact price.
Does Glimpii cost me anything?
No. Searching, comparing and the AR try-on are free for you. You only pay for the treatment at the studio you choose.
Which studios will I find on Glimpii?
You see lash and beauty studios near you, sorted by distance and grouped into three experience tiers: Entry, Experienced and Premium. Studios that can already be booked through Glimpii are marked as such on the map.
How long do lash extensions last, and how do I care for them?
Two to four weeks until the first refill, because your natural lashes shed on their own cycle. Avoid water and steam for the first 24 to 48 hours, then clean gently with a foam cleanser, do not rub, and avoid oil-based make-up. Pulling at the lashes damages your natural ones.
How long does an appointment take?
A full set usually takes 1.5 to 2.5 hours, a refill about an hour.
Do lash extensions damage my own lashes?
Not when the work is clean and done properly, meaning the right thickness and no sticking several natural lashes together. That is exactly why the choice of studio matters.
